The views from this Brooklyn Heights coop apartment were incredible to work with and the owner couldn't pass up the opportunity to purchase it, even with significant amount of work it would need. The building is located in a designated Landmarks district requiring the Landmark Preservation Commission approval for the proposed new windows and HVAC scope. Incorporating air conditioning into the apartment without an exterior space was the major challenge to tackle.
