This Brooklyn townhouse involved converting the existing 3 family home to a 1 family residence. New window configurations were created at the rear elevation requiring a public hearing and approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission. New front facade work was also approved to bring the brownstone back to its previous charm and character. The incorporation of sprinklers, all new mechanical equipment, new plumbing and structural work was required throughout the house.
